CQV Engineer Katalyst Health cares and Life Sciences
• Troy, MI, United States
- new facility consumerisation and new syringe filling line Contractor Tasks and Responsibilities.
- The project is in Preliminary Design phase and consists of a new facility consumerization and new syringe filling line
- Work remote (initially) on the Clients Global C&Q team
- Be the C&Q SME on the Client's project team to apply the C&Q playbook deliverables at the correct sequence
- Review all long lead equipment purchases with specific focus on FAT / SAT / CTP / VTP / SARR C&Q deliverables
- Interface with site teams to review Product /
- Process information as an input to the C&Q Lifecyle
- Draft C&Q Plan as per Global C&Q template
- Draft GMP URS for all long lead equipment purchases
- Collaborate with appointed A&E firm on project Systems list
- Draft applicable System Risk Assessments based on Product / Process understanding and alignment to project C&Q Plan
