Electrical Engineer/ Project Manager
Location:
Troy/ Detroit OR Grand Rapids
Employment type:
Direct Hire/ Permanent Placement
Salary: $100k – $150k Base, Full benefits, Flex/ Hybrid schedule, Bonus, Profit Sharing, etc.
THE CLIENTThis particular client is a mid-sized A&E Firm (200 ppl, 50 in EE) who work on a wide variety of projects, including:
Healthcare, Education, Science & Technology, Sports stadiums, Mission Critical/ Data Centers, Hi-rise/ multi-unit residential, mixed-use, etc.
The ideal Candidate will lead project electrical engineer in the design, development and documentation of primary power, secondary power, lighting, fire alarm and other auxiliary systems on small, medium, and large complex projects.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE- Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm in accordance with NEC codes and standards
- Electrical equipment calcs, selection, and layout of switch gear, transformers, electrical panels and emergency generators
- Site visits, presentations for clients/ design review, site Surveys, respond to RFIs, review shop drawings
- Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, AGI 32, Micro Station (a plus)
- Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent
- 5+ years Industry experience in the US
- EIT, PE, LEED Preferred (a plus)
