As a leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS supports the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.

• Lead and support manufacturing and engineering quality related issues, customer return defect analysis process, and root cause investigations.
• Provide initial hardware/software (HW/SW) analysis (Diagnostic Trouble Codes & Bench Test Confirmation, Log Capture, PCB component level investigations, etc.) on suspect issues.
• Conduct warranty claims analysis and quality data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Report quality status to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Conduct and coordinate vehicle testing and detailed in‑depth analysis, including supporting customer dealership visits and investigations.
• Ensure timely and compliant submission of customer‑required documentation.
• Manage responses to emerging quality issues, responsible for containment and tracking of those issues.
• Support management of local inspection facility that conducts inspection testing to verify product quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics (hands‑on PCB analysis, ECU testing, and system level integration).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical knowledge in automotive electronics quality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, advanced level).
• Knowledge of statistics/problem‑solving tools:
  Minitab, Power
  
  BI, Six Sigma, 8D, 5‑Why, root cause analysis within a quality environment.
• Ability to travel domestically/internationally up to once a week and as needed.
• Capable of managing small sample shipments received weekly, typically consisting of 1–3 lb samples (up to 100 defective cores) packaged in 2–3 boxes weighing approximately 5–10 lbs each.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
