Job Summary
The Assistant/Associate Professor position in the School of Management in the Sorrell College of Business is a full‑time, tenure‑track faculty position with a ten‑month appointment to begin August 1, 2026 depending on candidate availability and/or department need. This position is responsible for teaching human resource management and/or management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; providing instruction in face‑to‑face, hybrid, and/or online formats;
conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations; advising students; and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community.

Minimum QualificationsDoctoral degree in human resource management, management, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university (ABDs within one year of completion will be considered).
Preferred QualificationsHaving all or combination of relevant professional experience with a preference for Human Resource Management experience, peer‑reviewed research, and effective teaching to compliment academic credentials.
Driving RequirementsDriving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility.
