Sales & Enrollment Specialist

Currently, Staff Bright has a great Sales & Enrollment Specialist opportunity in Troy, MI! We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enrollment Sales Specialist to join a dynamic admissions team. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a background in higher education enrollment or sales, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals.

• Engaging with prospective students through phone, email, and virtual meetings to guide them through the enrollment process
• Managing a pipeline of leads and applicants to meet or exceed enrollment goals
• Building strong relationships with students by providing clear, timely, and accurate information about programs, tuition, and admissions requirements
• Collaborating with internal teams such as admissions, marketing, and financial aid to ensure a seamless student experience
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and preparing regular reports on performance metrics
• Participating in outreach events, virtual information sessions, and open houses to generate new student interest

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

• 1+ year of experience in enrollment, admissions, or sales (higher education experience strongly preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Business, Communications, or related field preferred)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or enrollment management systems
