Position Summary:
The Graduation Analyst II is responsible for analyzing academic programs to ensure all degree requirements are met for undergraduate and graduate students, coordinating with the International Office on international student academic requirements, answering graduation inquiries via phone or email, and assisting the Graduation Center as directed.
- Analyzing academic programs in detail to ensure that all degree requirements have been satisfied for undergraduate and graduate students.
- Ensuring all paperwork has been properly submitted and approved for academic achievement.
- Coordinating with the International Office regarding 1-2-1 and 2-2 student academic requirements.
- Answering questions related to graduation from phone calls or email messages.
- Assisting the Graduation Center with any other duties as assigned by the Director.
- Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of three years of work experience in higher education or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Troy University systems such as Datatel and Degree Audit System.
- Experience in advising, admissions, and transcript evaluation.
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
