Tiny Geniuses Preschool & Daycare (TGPD) is currently accepting applications for a full-time Lead Toddler teacher. We are looking for a fun, caring teacher, and energetic teacher who is passionate about working with young children.
Lead Teacher Responsibilities- Creating a warm and nurturing classroom environment
- Planning and implementing lesson plans using Creative Curriculum
- Having open communication with parents daily and using our parent communication app
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of students
- Being responsible for their classroom (including cleaning, organization, record keeping, and rotation of materials)
- Working well with other teachers and being able to problem solve
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Procare, and Teaching Strategies Gold a plus
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have an associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or child related field, or a CDA credential
- Early childhood education experience of one year or more preferred
- Must be able to lift children of varying ages and sizes (30+ lbs)
- Competitive pay is based on level of education & experience in the field
- Comprehensive background check
- CPR and first aid certification
- Complete annual training hours
