Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments.
- Proficiently navigate a Windows‑based and web‑based system to track routes and optimize current and future schedules; training will be provided.
- Apply training expertise to schedule appointments for technicians, minimizing driving time and distance and recommending alternative routes when appropriate.
- Use sharp listening and probing skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
- Monitor, update, and maintain the customer database with accurate information, including call details, call dispositions, payments, and other results.
- Reschedule unserved accounts within 24 hours.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives.
- Safeguard customers’ privacy and other proprietary information.
- Starting pay at $20/hr

- Previous Customer Service or Administrative experience (preferred).
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Confident using computers, scheduling systems, and multitasking throughout the day.
- Thrives in a team environment and takes pride in providing exceptional support.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods.
- Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
