Job DescriptionSummary of Duties:
Working with the inbound call center taking calls from members and providers from 3 state plans to handle eligibility, benefit and payment questions - this is 100% inbound calls!
- This is a high volume, inbound call center environment in which representatives are expected to answer incoming calls from marketplace members.
- You will be expected to answer an array of questions for members (i.e. I.D. Cards, Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, and General Questions).
- In addition to answering questions representatives will be expected to be able to multitask; toggling multiple screens, researching, as well as typing and maintain conversations with customers is expected.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years customer service/call center experience
- Great attendance, punctuality, and reliability
Interview: ASAP
Assignment: 3/14/16 - 6/13/16, possible extensions & going direct!
Shift: 8am-8pm (staggered 8 hour shifts), OT is available on voluntary basis
Pay range: $12-$13, negotiated based on relevant experience
