Join Regus as a Community Associate to support customers and build community within the center.

You’ll manage customer service, administration, event planning & support, ensuring a smooth experience for tenants.

• Assist new and existing customers with inquiries and support (Wi‑Fi code changes, package delivery, meeting room setup, projector use, coffee recommendations).
• Ensure all services are properly charged and invoices accurate.
• Handle mail and hardware requests such as printing, office supply procurement.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming center environment (prepare before opening, address issues promptly).
• Collaborate with the Community Manager to plan networking events, create e‑invites, print posters, and promote memberships.
• Communicate proactively with customers via email, phone, and in‑person to resolve problems.
• Support daily operations throughout opening, afternoon peak, and morning closing.

• Good communicator, capable of building strong relationships and empathizing with customers (minimum 1 year customer‑service experience).
• Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and finds solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast‑changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old.

• Competitive total compensation salary range ($75,000.00‑$90,000.00).
