What you will do:- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Help maintain the budget plan
- Organize and schedule meetings and events
- Supervise other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Handle technical issues in their area of expertise
- Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
- Attend sales meetings
- Possesses strong knowledge of the all Trane Supply product lines, and is be able to enthusiastically demonstrate and discuss with customers
- Provide backup support for all supply oriented sales
- Develop multiple relationships with key players internally and externally
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required
- Regular day travel requirements with some overnight travel
- High School diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated competency in consultative, relationship, listening, and strong organization skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in business and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVAC products and HVAC systems applications
- Highly self-motivated, goal oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated competence in computer usage. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in planning, organizing, and prioritizing
Base Pay Range:
The base salary for this role ranges from $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience.
