We are seeking a Product Manager to help shape the future of our product portfolio and drive growth in both the home cleaning and health & wellness categories.

• Identify opportunities within existing product categories and execute strategies to maximize market share and profitability.
• Lead product strategy by defining clear product visions and roadmaps.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept and development to launch and end-of-life decisions.
• Partner with engineering, operations, marketing, finance and sales to ensure successful product execution and launch readiness.
• Develop a three-year calendar of new product launches, including macro movers, mainstream products and product line extensions, to maintain ongoing market excitement.
• Conduct research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements and new developments.
• Manage product P&L, driving margin improvement and growth opportunities.
• Develop launch strategies, pricing and positioning for new products.
• Monitor product performance, cost and quality to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Education and Training

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, ideally in consumer-packaged goods.

Knowledge and Ability

The ideal candidate will have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Solid understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin improvement strategies is required. Must possess strong project management skills. Domestic and international travel is required.
