• This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Receptionist based in Troy, MI. The Medical Receptionist will handle daily front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, managing appointment scheduling, and maintaining efficient patient flow.
• Verify insurance, update medical records, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

• Proficiency in appointment scheduling and maintaining accurate calendars
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to communicate professionally in person and via telephone
• Experience with receptionist duties and providing exceptional administrative support
• Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with processes in a medical office environment
• Proficiency in using office management software and basic computer skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; certification in medical office administration is a plus
