VIZI instantly transforms text-based job descriptions into visual, branded experiences that can be shared anywhere, optimized for every device.

Overview

We have a fun, friendly and vibrant team who are driven by a common goal to provide an extraordinary experience for our clients and their candidates. Our business team has a long and proven history of successful ventures and our new Marketing Associate will play a critical role by providing support. You will work with functional teams to support a variety of tasks related to organization and communication via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 30 to 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling, working a hybrid model both remote and in our Troy, Michigan office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to various managers and employees with day to day operations and various special projects
  • Work with VIZI’s marketing team in the development of VIZI's
  • Prepare and modify documents including professional correspondence, reports, presentations, drafts, memos and emails
  • Emailing and phone communication
  • Able to work independently with an enthusiasm to solve the underlying challenge
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail; ability to perform duties with a high level of accuracy
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on phone skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Reliable individual that is self-motivated
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Interest in Sales and Marketing
