Job Description
The Service Coordinator position will support the operations of our construction and contractor team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between clients and internal construction teams, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full‑time position requiring in‑office presence Monday through Friday.
Position Duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
- Promptly field calls and respond to emails from customers regarding service request, project updates and estimates.
- Coordinate with the in‑house construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper correspondence and records are maintained including project scopes, estimates, purchase orders, and project progression.
- Communicate effectively with customers and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progression.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating project timelines and resources.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing inter‑office communications, maintaining accurate records, and supporting administrative tasks as needed.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience or familiarity with construction, project coordination or multifamily property management maintenance services is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and an ability to follow up consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands:
- Office‑based position with regular communication with customers and field teams.
- Frequent walking, standing, sitting, stair climbing, bending, stooping, reaching, and hearing.
- Lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects weighing up to twenty (20) pounds.
