Aboutthe Role
As our
Accounts Payable Supervisor
, you will lead the accounts payable function and ensure vendor payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. This role oversees the full accounts payable cycle—from invoice processing to payment execution—while maintaining strong internal controls and supporting cross-department collaboration. You’ll also guide and develop the A/P team while helping improve processes that support the company’s continued growth.
You’ll Do
- Manage the accounts payable process from invoice receipt to payment
- Supervise, mentor, and develop A/P staff
- Ensure accurate coding and reconciliation of A/P balances
- Maintain vendor relationships and resolve payment issues
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies involving invoices, purchase orders, and payments
- Support the month-end close process through accruals and payable analysis
- Proven experience in accounts payable and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Leadership and team development abilities
- 5+ years of accounts payable or related accounting experience
- Previous experience supervising accounts payable staff
- Strong knowledge of A/P controls, reconciliation processes, and vendor payment workflows
- Experience working with financial or ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
- Salary: $70,000–$75,000
