LHH is seeking a highly promo table accounting professional to join the Corporate Accounting team at a large, established organization. This position is bonus eligible (15%).
In this role, you’ll:- Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Maintain fixed asset records and ensure accurate inter-company reporting.
- Support Controllers across multiple business units.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly reporting packages.
- Assist with budgets, audits, and special projects.
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities for automation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT to align processes and reporting standards.
- Oversee accounting staff and support ERP implementations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3–6 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
