Winston Retail seeks a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser to ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The role involves hands‑on work in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and create a seamless shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies aligned with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales of apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in various store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables meet deadlines.
• Submit store visit reports, including before/after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device.
• Smartphone requirements for reporting:
  • iOS: iPhone 11 or newer.
  • Android: 2020 or newer device, OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
