We are looking to hire a full-time Associate Pastor of College and Community. There are three main aspects of the role:

• Lead our college ministry, including teaching weekly, discipleship of students, engaging new students, and identifying and raising up leaders.
• Oversee our discipleship group ministry. We have groups that meet throughout the week, and this role will help care for these groups, recruit and equip group leaders, and oversee content.
• Serve as one of the pastors of the church, including preaching 10-12 times a year.

• We would like for candidates to have completed or be very near completion of their M.Div degree.
• The candidate should be motivated to engage regularly with prospective students, be drawn to identify and spend time with student leaders, and have a strong work ethic.

• We are open to a brother who would like to do college ministry long term and those who would like to be launched into senior pastor ministry in 3-5 years. We are experienced in equipping, training, and sending out such brothers into pastorates, having done so with the last two men to fill the position.
