Integration Developer

Salary: £46,142 - £48,226

We have an exciting opportunity to join our ICT department, working in the Projects and Programmes function, delivering new solutions for Wiltshire Council.

As an Integration Developer, you will deliver systems essential to the council. Working alongside others in the team and the wider organisation, you will develop and deliver solutions using Azure Dev Ops, .Net C# within Visual Studio and other software systems. You will create and customise business process flows, forms, reports, and update configurations. You will work to diagnose and fix issues in the system, so good problem‑solving skills will be essential.

• Diagnose and fix system issues, applying strong problem‑solving skills.

• Work within an Agile development team, collaborating with others and working independently.

• Participate in hybrid working: spend 50% of time in office, remainder from home.

• Effective communication skills.
• Experience in an in‑house development team.
• Source control experience using GIT.
• Database development using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of developing Blazor apps, working in YAML, and using MAUI for mobile applications (advantage).

This is a hybrid position, requiring you to spend 50% of your working time in the office, with the remainder undertaken from home. From your first day, you will collaborate closely with the team, benefit from colleagues’ expertise, and begin contributing to live projects.
