Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Sales Negotiator Company Overview: We are excited to be working with our client, a well-established, family-run company with a reputation for providing high-quality service in the property market. They are a multi-branch agency, covering most of Bath and the surrounding areas.

Sales Negotiator Role Overview: As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing sales enquiries and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and buyers. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks and face-to-face interactions. Access to your own vehicle is essential as property visits and accompanied viewings are part of the job. Previous experience is preferred, however, trainees would also be considered!

Sales Negotiator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling sales enquiries via telephone, email, face-to-face, and online
  • Managing day-to-day interactions with clients and buyers through various channels
  • Upselling services to generate new business and revenue, such as mortgages, legal services, and valuation referrals
  • Arranging appointments for clients and buyers
  • Liaising with third parties such as surveyors, photographers, and energy assessors
  • Staying informed on relevant legislation, including Consumer Protection Regulations, anti-money laundering, GDPR, and material information
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Updating the company database with client and buyer information
  • Building market knowledge
  • Conducting accompanied property viewings and visits
  • Handling and negotiating offers
  • Progressing some sales from "sale agreed" to completion

Sales Negotiator Skills and

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of property legislation and sales processes
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Access to a vehicle is essential

Sales Negotiator Package and Benefits:

  • Salary Including OTE up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Company pension
  • 45p per mile allowance
  • Well-established, family-run company
  • Monday - Friday 9am-6pm and Saturdays 9am - 4pm with a day in lieu
