With spring just around the corner, this is an ideal opportunity to join a leading FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) retail merchandising team in a part-time, permanent Regional Merchandiser role. If you have experience in retail merchandising, stock replenishment, or planogram compliance, this flexible field-based position could be the perfect fit.

Working with well-known household brands such as Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita and Maynards Bassetts, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality in-store merchandising standards across your local territory.

• Ideal for candidates with experience in retail, merchandising or FMCG field roles
• Work with global FMCG brands in supermarkets
• Consistent part-time hours that fit around family or other commitments
• A secure permanent merchandising job as the new season approaches

• Contract:
  
  Part-Time, Fixed Term (6 months+)
• Hours:
  
  24 hours per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
• Salary: £15,238.08 per annum
• Bonus:
  Up to 15% quarterly bonus + other incentives
• Mileage: 34p per mile
• Territory: covers area within Bath, Chippenham, Warminster, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet and Midsomer Norton

Own car and full UK driving licence (this is a field-based merchandising role)

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-presented, and compliant with brand guidelines
• Manage stock rotation, date checking, and overall shelf cleanliness

• Implement planograms accurately in line with FMCG standards
• Build, maintain, and refresh eye-catching promotional and seasonal displays

• Work closely with store colleagues and managers to access stock and support merchandising activity

• Travel between retail locations within your assigned territory
• Deliver consistent merchandising standards across all stores
