The Role:

• Coordinate a team of up to 19 strong, conducting day to day maintenance activities and cleaning services
• Support in the training and recruitment of new members of the team
• Ensure the successful adherence of all health and safety regulations on site
• Be involved with the operational scheduling of activities for the wider team
• Be a point of contact to client personnel and site, ensuring all client needs are being met
• Provide cover for the senior manager when they are off site

The Person:

• Experience in industrial cleaning / hygiene services
• Experience in leading a team
• Understanding of Health and Safety regulations
