Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
Joining Bonus: £12,000

We are seeking an exceptional Dual Registered Manager to lead two children's residential homes in Trowbridge.

Working in close partnership with the Local Authority.

• Hold Ofsted registration for two residential children's homes
• Provide inspirational leadership and management across both homes
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed care
• Work closely with Wiltshire County Council, external professionals, and families
• Drive a positive culture focused on safeguarding, stability, and positive outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
• Lead, develop, and support staff teams to be the best they can be

• Is an experienced Registered Manager within children's residential care
• Holds, or is willing to work towards, the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
• Has a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and inspections
• Is confident managing multiple services while maintaining outstanding standards
• Is passionate, resilient, and committed to improving the lives of young people
• Values partnership working and collaborative practice
