We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operation of a busy leisure centre in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. This is a hands‑on management role, responsible for ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of customer service.

• Oversee daily operations of the leisure centre, ensuring smooth and safe running at all times
• Manage, motivate and develop site staff, including rotas, training and performance
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, safeguarding and statutory regulations
• Monitor site maintenance, cleanliness and presentation
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints professionally
• Manage opening and closing procedures and site security
• Support programming and delivery of activities to maximise participation and income

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (leisure, facilities or similar environment preferred)
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Sound understanding of health & safety and operational compliance
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Relevant leisure management or facilities qualification (desirable, not essential)
