What can you expect in this role?- Lead and develop a team of Safety Champions, empowering colleagues across the business.
- Take charge of hazard analysis, risk assessments, and oversee major projects with strategic leadership.
- Work closely with authorities, auditors, and key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Experience:
Experience in Food Manufacturing/FMCG environments is ideal. - Professional
Qualifications:
NEBOSH Diploma required; IOSH membership is beneficial. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of health and safety legislation.
- Positive Attitude: Passionate, proactive, and enthusiastic about health and safety.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business.
