Relief Pharmacist – Boots UK, Trowbridge, England
What You’ll Be DoingOur pharmacists make a real difference in the communities we look after, delivering trusted care, advice and services that put patients first. In this role, you’ll use your clinical expertise every day, surrounded by a brilliant team and tools.

- Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance
- Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety
- Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability ofagues of the wider healthcare team
- Grow talent that reflects the communities we serve; coach, mentor and support your colleagues every step of the way.
- Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals
- Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting Pose >
- Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
- Collaborative, team‑first mindset and eagerness to coach and guide others
- Britn Experience in enhanced services
- A strong understanding of local clinical networks
