LPN - Long Term Care at Providence Child Center. This posting represents a per diem/on-call, day shift position. Hours offered are 7am-7:30pm including weekends.

Our Long-Term Care unit within the Child Center has a total of 46 beds, serving both pediatric and adult patients. Each CNA cares for approximately 7 residents on day shift, and 11 on nights. We care for a unique and diverse population of medically fragile individuals, ranging from children with complex developmental and neurological conditions to adults with chronic illnesses and disabilities.

Some of our residents require long-term ventilator support, tracheostomy care, and all require some assistance with activities of daily living. Our team is deeply committed to providing compassionate, resident-centered care in a nurturing environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school for practical nurses
• Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• 1 year of LPN Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• IV Therapy course and competency demonstration

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
