Aventura at Shiloh Springs is looking for a skilled and compassionate PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC) to join our dedicated in‑house rehab team. If you’re passionate about helping residents maximize communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do- Provide high‑quality evaluations and treatments for residents in our SNF/LTC community
- Develop individualized, goal‑driven treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional resident care
- Document services accurately and timely
- Current SLP/CCC licensure in Ohio
- Strong clinical skills and dedication to person‑centered care
- Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working PRN hours
- Passion for serving the geriatric population
- Supportive, team‑oriented environment
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Meaningful work that makes a daily impact
- In‑house therapy model focused on quality, not quotas
