We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Director of Nursing and help lead our nursing staff in delivering exceptional resident care. - Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations in the skilled nursing facility
- Support staffing, scheduling, and supervision of nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is delivered to all residents
- Monitor clinical practices to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Participate in care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
- Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for nursing team members
- Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and support survey readiness efforts
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident-centered care
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or a compact state
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
- Passionate about mentoring others and delivering high-quality resident care
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
