• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and scope of practice
• Monitor residents’ conditions, document care, and promptly report any changes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes
• Promote independence and well-being through restorative care practices
• Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing staff, fostering a positive care environment
• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• A passion for providing compassionate, personalized care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Reliability and commitment to high-quality patient care
