• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations in the skilled nursing facility
• Support staffing, scheduling, and supervision of nursing staff
• Ensure high‑quality, compassionate care is delivered to all residents
• Monitor clinical practices to ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Participate in care planning, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff
• Assist with training, onboarding, and performance support for nursing team members
• Monitor resident conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and support survey readiness efforts
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and resident‑centered care

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or a compact state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long‑term care preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and organizational skills
• Passionate about mentoring others and delivering high‑quality resident care
