Position: Italian Customer Support – Relocation Athens
We are recruiting Italian speaking professionals currently based in Trieste, Italy, who are ready to relocate to Athens, Greece for a long-term international opportunity. You will join a structured, performance-driven customer support environment with modern tools and clear processes.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You will diagnose issues, provide efficient solutions, and accurately document cases in CRM systems. Quality, customer satisfaction, and professional communication are key, even during peak volumes.
Full relocation support is provided, including flight ticket, temporary accommodation, and guidance with local administrative procedures. Athens offers a Mediterranean lifestyle, vibrant expat community, and a cost of living that is often more attractive than many Northern European cities.
