Teamwear Product Development Specialist

Position: TEAMWEAR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Our Team Wear Department is looking for a Designer Product Developer Specialist to join the team. By actively participating in the concept development, proposing new technical solutions, translating the concepts into technical drawings and producing tech packs, whilst ensuring high quality and fit consistency; you’ll be supporting the team throughout the entire product & graphic design and development process.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

Coordinate the development process of Alpinestars projects within the main seasonal collection and customized projects;
Monitor the production process of the products during its product life cycle for multiple categories, with a special attention to the details in order to have better prices without compromising the quality;
Liaise with external suppliers, whilst ensuring a good communication with Internal stakeholders;
Responsible for the set up and maintenance of Bill of Materials and measurement charts and sharing those, and any updates, with the suppliers;
Building manuals and guidelines to standardize the development process;
Responsible for the internal archive.

Requisiti
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor education in Design Product Development (Apparel) or relevant working experience in a related field, preferably in a sports-lifestyle industry;
A knowledge and passion for Motorsport is highly desirable;
Good understanding of pattern making/grading;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Be confident using Adobe Creative Suite software;
Ability to provide 3D development solution is advantageous;
Flexible and able to work in multiple projects at the same time;
Organized, able to prioritize and work on deadline;
Proactive and a self-starter that is highly motivated to work in a rapid paced environment.
