As part of our team, you will perform
tasks
such as:

• Analyzing ESTHER's functional requirements and use cases (auditing, vulnerabilities, compliance, evidence, risk) and translating them into AI-based technical solutions.
• Designing, training, evaluating, and improving ML/Deep Learning and NLP/LLM models for: classification, prioritization, semantic enrichment, deduplication/grouping of findings, and generation of executive summaries.
• Developing and evolving the correlation and inference engine (hybrid rules + models), including calculation of certainty levels and explainability of results.
• Build data pipelines: ingestion, cleaning, normalization, assisted labeling, feature engineering, and dataset preparation (including traceability and versioning).
• Define metrics and evaluation methodologies (offline/online), model regression tests, error analysis, and continuous improvement.

For this position, we are looking for
graduates with a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence/Data Science/Computer Engineering, Telecommunications,or similar.

With
knowledge of
Machine Learning (supervised/unsupervised), validation, metrics, overfitting, model selection, and error analysis. Practical experience in Python and the scientific ecosystem (Num Py, pandas, scikit-learn) and at least one DL framework (PyTorch or Tensor Flow). Knowledge of NLP and LLMs: embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning.
