Leadership responsibilities and areas will be combined to best meet the needs of the school and will be allocated to reflect the skills and qualities of those appointed. Over time, portfolios may be adjusted to support professional development and to strengthen transferable skills, thereby building whole‑school capacity and supporting leadership development.
Treorchy Comprehensive School is seeking two inspirational and dynamic Deputy Headteachers to join our highly motivated leadership team and help drive the next stage of our improvement journey.
