As a Senior Customer Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, making sure they feel welcome,supported and valued, whether they visit us in-branch, via telephone or get in touch online.
As a Senior Customer Consultant you will:- Welcome and support customers in finding the right financial solutions.
- Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Mentor and support a team of Customer Consultants, helping them growand develop.
- Step in for the Branch Manager when needed, contributing to the smooth running of the branch.
- Supporting customers over the phone and through our digital channels.
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policy and procedures.
- Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues across the branch network and deliver exceptional service.
- A natural people person with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, either face-to-face or over the phone.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Full training – no financial background needed.
