Opportunity

This position requires individuals to transport product between locations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of stock materials. The role involves operating a box truck, assisting with loading/unloading, and meeting physical demands.

Responsibilities
  • Stock Transportation:
    Shuttle stock and materials between assigned locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Loading and Unloading:
    Assist in loading and unloading stock at each destination, ensuring that products are labeled and organized correctly.
  • Vehicle Operation:
    Safely operate a box truck, following all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Route Planning:
    Plan and follow efficient routes to meet delivery schedules, adjusting to traffic or other conditions as needed.
  • Vehicle Maintenance:
    Conduct daily maintenance checks (fueling, cleaning, and inspecting for damage), and report any vehicle issues.
  • Communication:
    Coordinate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and team members; maintain professional interactions with all personnel.
  • Reporting:
    Promptly report any accidents, vehicle issues, or delivery discrepancies.
  • Other Duties:
    Assist with stock management and other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience, preferably with box trucks or similar vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure accurate delivery and management of stock.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members.
  • Ability to work independently and solve logistical problems effectively.
  • Detail‑oriented with focus on accuracy in handling and transporting stock materials.
Work Environment

The role requires working in both warehouse and driving environments, with exposure to various weather conditions. It involves lifting, standing, and sitting for extended periods.

Physical Demands

The associate is regularly required to talk or hear, sit, stand, or walk, and occasionally use hands to grasp, handle or feel. They must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
