Key Responsibilities- Lead territory‑based selling to health‑care providers who influence treatment decisions for dermatology disease states.
- Build strong relationships with dermatologists, dermatology fellows, educators, residents, and key contacts in hospitals and private practices.
- Identify and develop relationships with state/local advocacy groups, teaching institutions, key influencers, and managed‑care organizations to expand adoption of Lilly’s dermatology therapies.
- Analyze territory and reimbursement landscape using business‐insights tools to adapt strategies and drive results.
- Execute all sales activities in compliance with company policies and the PhRMA Code, achieving set sales goals.
- Collaborate across field, medical, and commercial teams to create a coordinated, positive customer experience.
- Account management: navigate the evolving healthcare environment, identify key stakeholders, and become a trusted partner.
- Dialogue agility: actively listen and adapt responses to customer verbal and non‑verbal cues.
- Medical integrity: maintain high learning agility, understand clinical information, disease states, product portfolios, and therapeutic markets; engage all staff members in an office/account.
- Sales skill: promote the full product portfolio, plan patient‑centered dialogue, and use our selling model to identify appropriate patients.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis (no visa sponsorship).
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or related sales experience after completing an undergraduate degree.
- Experience with account‑based selling and navigating integrated health systems.
- Deep understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution models and reimbursement environments.
- History of working with cross‑functional partners and strong learning agility.
- Strong teamwork, emotional intelligence, and influence skills; self‑motivated.
- Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Compensation & Benefits- Annual salary range: $87,000 – $204,600 (depending on education, experience, and location).
