• The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share for sales within an assigned territory.
• This role establishes strong end‑user relationships through consultative selling to guide customers and accelerate adoption across all channels.
• By building and managing a robust sales funnel, the BDM leverages CRM tools for accurate forecasting, disciplined account management, and consistent KPI achievement.
• This position identifies key decision makers and influencers to advance sales opportunities and convert specifications, while using technical product expertise to educate customers, promote new solutions, recommend upgrades, and align MRO strategy with customer needs to maximize value and long‑term business growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience required;
  Advanced degree a plus.
• 5 years business development / account management experience with B2B. Industry exposure to Plumbing, Construction, Home Improvement, or startups a plus.
• Knowledge of direct manufacturing sales, 2-step distribution (retail / wholesale), rep agencies, and their related materials purchasing pathways is essential
