The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer support across an assigned territory. This individual will serve as a product specialist, educating healthcare professionals on the effective utilization of advanced medical technologies. This is a field-based role with daily customer interaction, technical support, and relationship management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve established sales goals and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide on-site technical support, product demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, product advancements, and competitive intelligence to deliver valuable insights to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved quickly.
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings through compelling presentations and professional engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, contract administration, and group purchasing principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
