Business Development, Client Relationship Manager
We are seeking a Sales Business Development Manager with a hunter mindset and proven success in generating new business. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating connections, solving client problems, and delivering customized staffing solutions that drive client success. Prior experience in staffing and recruitment is preferred.
Base Pay Range$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Identify, target, and convert leads into revenue-generating accounts
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through research, prospecting, and consistent follow‑up
- Initiate and lead outbound sales efforts, including cold calls, emails, and in‑person visits
- Set and lead sales presentations and meetings with prospective clients
- Develop customized workforce solutions for each client based on their specific needs
- Navigate and influence gatekeepers and decision‑makers within target accounts
- Partner with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

- Industry-Savvy: Experience in staffing, workforce management, or high-volume client environments is a strong advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, MSP, or related industry
- Proven track record in business development or client acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record
- Professional appearance and presence
Language: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must take initiative, exhibit strong leadership abilities, proven ability with process improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced high-energy work environment.
Reasoning: Strong planning and problem‑solving skills.
Software: Microsoft Excel, Hub Spot and experience with Avionte Bold, preferred. Strong tech skills.
Other: Professional appearance is required.
