This position is located in Cincinnati, Ohio, with paid relocation provided. TQL is seeking motivated, high-performing individuals for our Fast Track Sales Development Program. We will pay to relocate you to Cincinnati for training with top brokers. After completing training and building a book of business, TQL will pay for your relocation to any of our 60+ offices nationwide. Our comprehensive training and mentorship program will teach you about sales, logistics, and supply chain management.

What you'll do:

• Spend 26 weeks partnered with a successful freight broker
• Make calls and build relationships to grow your book of business
• Close deals with new and existing customers
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
• Manage shipments and resolve issues for timely delivery
• Communicate proactively and honestly internally and externally
