Regional Sales Manager – Industrial, Trojan Technologies
The Industrial Regional Sales Manager, North America is a sales position focused on expanding our Industrial business, forging powerful partnerships, and ensuring Trojan remains the go-to leader in industrial process water treatment and industrial wastewater treatment. With deep expertise and drive, you will help industrial customers achieve greater efficiency and sustainability goals.
Position Summary
As part of the Industrial team, you will manage all sales activities within your territory, including existing and new channel partners to achieve sales objectives. You will analyze and communicate market information, build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, consulting engineers, and general contractors, and provide recommendations on business strategy.

- Build, maintain, and establish strong relationships with OEMs, consulting engineers, and general contractors.
- Update sales database and opportunities weekly, preparing sales forecasts.
- Participate in sales meetings to provide recommendations and input on business strategies.
- Travel extensively within the region (potentially over 50% of the time) to meet clients, partners, and attend industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
- 6–8 years of sales or channel management experience.
- Industry knowledge specific to water treatment and applications.
- High energy, self‑starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
The compensation range for this role is $100,000 – $115,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for commission pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
