The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to manage and execute various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Proactively communicating with the District FAST Supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Performing store measurements and cycle counts.
• Completing the Tractor Way top cap process and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and delivering excellent customer service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that stands out from competitors.
• Providing peak coverage during special occasions (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Primarily indoor work with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, with travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Occasional lifting overhead, and frequent standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to access all store areas and operate store equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate vehicles.
• Must have the stamina to move quickly and safely throughout the store and outdoor areas.
