Overview
The Cook will be responsible for quick, organized food preparation. Responsibilities include keeping food areas clean, grilling, cooking, and frying foods, inventory of ingredients prior to meal prep. Following dietary guidelines and recipes from recipe book. Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines for product quality and adherence to dietary requirements.
Qualifications- Prior healthcare experience
- Knowledge of food production, service, and sanitation
- Retrieve, prep, and prepare items according to daily production sheets and recipes.
- Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety.
- Prepare food using various production tools and equipment.
- Take customer orders and prepare food to their specifications.
- Clean food preparation equipment and areas.
Rate of pay: $18.25; union building.
