• 3 years restaurant experience and/or 2 years bartending in a similar establishment
• Extensive knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food
• Good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service skills and a Positive attitude
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently
• Must be 21 years of age and willing to obtain Tips and Food Handlers cards within 30 days of employment
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, walk without assistance on various surfaces for extended periods
• Manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing

• Interact one-on-one with guests, take orders, make cocktails according to company service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain an issued cash bank throughout shift
• Actively market the establishment through social media outreach and staff events
• Support company goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values as an active business partner
• Consistently follow Food & Beverage sequence of service using procedures standardized by venue managers and chefs
• Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery of beverages and menu items, maintaining bar cleanliness
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond with urgency
• Clean equipment, tools, and supplies; maintain equipment in good working order following company, division, department, and health department policies
• Work as a team and effectively communicate with management, servers, and service staff to address guest or associate needs
