Hybrid: 3 days in office

Salary: up to $95k-105k

Job Description:

Analyze risks, internal controls and procedures and construct a test plan to verify compliance in all departments. Support quality control/risk management statement to reduce compliance and operational exposures. Support independent quality control testing and internal control testing by external auditors. Perform compliance testing using sampling studies of operating practices and testing that internal controls and procedures are being followed. Recommend changes where controls and procedures are inadequate.

• Develop risk assessments, process flows and testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy, agency and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Evaluate operational controls and document findings.
• Ensure controls are incorporated into operations.
• Develop and execute test plans in accordance with audit methodologies and standards.
• Ensure open audit items are remediated.
• Ensure continuous process improvements.
• Adhere to audit standards/guidelines.
• Support special projects.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience required.
• CPA or CIA, preferred.
