About the RoleAt Care Options for Kids, we provide 1:1 care in the home, operating with autonomy and no hospital setting chaos. You’ll work independently, making a real difference in your clients’ lives while the Director of Nursing offers 24‑hour support and access to on‑demand clinical resources.

- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical condition verified within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent or willingness to train
