Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN)

• Providing one‑to‑one nursing care in a home environment
• Following direction from clinical team and oversight by a registered nurse
• Adhering to plan of care
• Complying with all clinical and office policies

• Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
• Physical condition verified within three years
• TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
• Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with G‑tube, trach, vent or willingness to train
