You will be responsible to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in a professional and dedicated manner.

• Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing and covering when the Director of Nursing is not in the facility.
• Creating a safe, healthy work environment that supports the delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Creating a culture where highly engaged team members are able to contribute to the best in resident care and to grow professionally.
• Assuring the best resident care by supervising and directing Nursing Personnel
• Serving as a liaison for all nursing staff and nurse management
• Making decisions regarding nursing and unit problems
• Attending and supervising wound rounds weekly
• Participating in facility surveys
• Communicating effectively with staff, physicians, and resident’s families

• Registered Nurse, graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, with a current and valid RN license in New Jersey
• Long-term care experience is a must
• Ability to work well under pressure, problem-solve, and multi-task
